Pin Design Competition Rules

• Each participant can submit up to one design.
• All entries must be the original work of the participant.
• Designs must not have been previously published or used commercially.

• Design Theme “Cute Animals”.
• Designs must be submitted in digital format (JPEG, PNG, PSD, or PDF).
• The longest length of the design should be less than 2 inches.
• The file size should not exceed 5 MB.
• Designs should be clear and legible at the specified size.
• Submissions should include the designer’s name, contact information, and a brief description of the design (up to 250 words).

• Entries must be submitted via the official competition website or by email to [hello@buysupermerch.com].
• The submission deadline is [Oct 20^th, 2025].
• Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• Creativity and Originality (30%): How unique and innovative is the design?
• Relevance (25%): How well does the design reflect the competition theme “Animals”?
• Aesthetic Appeal (25%): How visually appealing and well-executed is the design?
• Practicality (20%): How well does the design translate into a pin?

• The panel will consist of industry professionals, designers, and representatives from the BuySuperMerch.com.
• Judging will be conducted in two rounds: an initial screening and a final selection.

7. Prizes:

1. First Place: Free production and shipping of 100 pins, plus a feature on our official website and social media.
2. Second Place: 50% off an order of 100 pins, and a feature on our official website and social media.
3. Third Place: Free mold for one design, and a feature on our official website and social media.

• By submitting a design, participants grant BuySuperMerch.com the right to publish the design on official website or social media without additional compensation.
• Participants retain the right to use their designs for any purposes.
• We want to assure all participants that the integrity of your art is our top priority. Artists retain full ownership of their submissions, and detailed terms and conditions are in place to protect your intellectual property rights. We will not use the designs without participants' explicit permission. Winning designs will be used strictly for the purpose of creating pins, and the winner will receive all created pins. Our competition is designed to celebrate and showcase your creativity, not to exploit it. 

• Winners will be notified via email by [Dec 30^th, 2025].
• The results will be announced on the official website and social media channels.

• The BuySuperMerch.com reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time.
• All decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding.
• Participants must comply with all competition rules. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
