If however, you are not 100% happy with your goods, you have up to 30 days from the receipt of your delivery to contact us with a clear description of the problem.
Once you contact a member of our team, we will get back to you with further instructions. Please DO NOT return any products to us unless you have been instructed to do so by our team.
We shall, at our option, repair or replace the defective product, or refund the price of the defective product in full. (Mold fee can’t be refunded)
We will happily replace goods that are...
a) Over 10% damaged in transit;
b) The wrong product or part to that specified in your order;
c) the unacceptable flaws over 10% in your order.
Where custom jobs have been completed on your request, we are unable to refund or replace goods if the problem is down to...
a) your design; For example, wrong pantone color code offered by yourself.
b) The materials that you have requested; or if
c) the end result didn't turn out as you hoped it would, but there is no unacceptable flaws.
*If you order products to be delivered outside of China, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which may be applied when the delivery reaches the delivery destination. Please note that we have no control over what the charges are and we cannot predict the amount. You shall be responsible for the payment of import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
Of course, we can help with declaring lower value of the order for you to avoid the tariff. But we can’t take any responsibility for any results due to this. For example, the Customs may make penalties or held the shipment or the couriers or insurance companies may refuse to pay an indemnity in full if the package is missing.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country of which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such laws.
*A product which is good will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot. However, we can’t take any responsibility if the package was lost or stolen at your address after it was delivered.
